The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies published on sip69.bio:

Access to and use of the sip69 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sip69 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesian regulatory norms and international responsible gaming standards. Age verification documents may be requested at any point.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification document.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in gambling activities.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on sip69.bio. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Account, Own Funds: You must register and operate the Account solely in your own name and deposit only funds that you own legally. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not an Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or officers of sip69, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on sip69 or any equivalent platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

To access the Services, you must complete the sip69 registration process accurately and in full. The following rules govern your Account at all times:

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, valid email address, and preferred payment method during registration. sip69 uses this information for KYC verification, transaction processing, and account security.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the sip69 support team immediately via live chat. sip69 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.
• KYC Verification: sip69 applies full KYC verification at the point of first withdrawal and may apply enhanced due diligence checks at any time. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP), a recent proof of address, and a selfie with the ID document. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Dormancy: An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. sip69 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

All financial transactions on sip69 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. No maximum deposit limit applies under standard account conditions, though enhanced verification may be requested for deposits above a certain threshold.
• Supported deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposit instructions and current account numbers are displayed at the time of transaction in your account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor. Standard processing time is under 5 minutes for e-wallet transactions and under 15 minutes for bank transfers. sip69 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account.
• sip69 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be split across multiple transactions or require additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of account ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 WIB are typically processed within 15 minutes on the same calendar day.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Pending KYC documentation will place the withdrawal request on hold until documents are received and approved.
• sip69 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. This is in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before clearing the wagering requirement will result in those Bonus Funds being forfeited.

sip69 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback deals, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Independence Day, and others). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. New Player welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount on eligible games. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

• Bonus Abuse: sip69 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes (arbitrage), using automated betting systems, and collusion with other players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently closed.
• Modification and Cancellation: sip69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected Players via the registered email address where practicable.

sip69 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or tournament formats.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. sip69 complies with international AML/CFT standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive behavior toward sip69 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, sip69 reserves the right to void bets, suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold the Account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. sip69's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

All content on sip69.bio — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, icons, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sip69 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any sip69 content without prior written consent from sip69.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to sip69 regarding the platform or its services may be used by sip69 without restriction, compensation, or attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sip69 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — in connection with the Services, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• sip69 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• sip69 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if sip69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that causes a game to display an incorrect outcome or payout, sip69 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account. sip69's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the original stake.
• sip69 accepts no liability for any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player's credentials were compromised through the Player's own negligence.
• Nothing in these Terms limits sip69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

sip69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and the course of your use of the platform — including your name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, and transaction history — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and service improvement purposes.

sip69 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Stored personal data is protected by industry-standard access controls, hashing, and encryption protocols. sip69 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies.

10.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting sip69 customer support via live chat. Before closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment channel, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by sip69: sip69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account Holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandating account closure.
• Account dormancy in accordance with Clause 3.

In cases of suspected fraud or AML-related closure, sip69 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where required, report the matter and associated funds to relevant authorities. Real-money balances in accounts closed for reasons other than breach or fraud will be returned to the Player following completion of verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international licensing standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which sip69 holds its operating license. To the extent that local Indonesian consumer protection principles apply, they are incorporated as required by applicable law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to sip69's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support at [email protected]. sip69 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

sip69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sip69 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the sip69 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your real-money balance before the effective date.

The version of these Terms currently published at sip69.bio/terms-conditions is the version in force. Previous versions may be requested from customer support for reference purposes.
